The Tower of the Damned, which will almost disappear when patch 9.1 hits WoW's live server servers, will be almost impossible to recognize. While the developers retain the basic principle, they have turned almost everything upside down that wasn’t tied by the dungeon master. New corridors, new levels and, most importantly, an entirely different reward and scoring system. To the delight of some players, a special talent Tree for Torghast will allow you unlock more facilitates.
One of these unlockables, the Adamant Vaault, allows you to access two bonus tiers if your run is completed with a score above 5 out of 5. These two levels offer you a variety of rewards from enemies and the boss. This much is clear so far.
As some players on the PTR discovered, the rewards also include the Codex of Untapped Soulbinding-PH and the Spatial Realignment Apparatus Mk2 NYI. These are placeholder names for upcoming items. You'll use them to upgrade your random mediums or put sockets on new gear. You'll need to spend hours in Maw to farm enough Sygia.
These items will be added to Torghast’s loot tables when patch 9.1 is available on the live server. Players will then have another incentive to visit the Tower of the Damned if they do. You can even farm it, unless the bonus tiers receive a weekly lootlockout which they don’t currently have on PTR. Because farming reputation in Korthia is the only way to get these items.

The run's rating will also be relevant at the highest level. The rating has not affected the amount of resources you have for your Legendarys. However, most heroes would prefer to have a 5 rating rather than just getting through quickly.
