Restrictions on Boost Players
Characters who have reached level 56 and can enter Outland because of this boost are still subjected to restrictions. These characters cannot enter dungeons and raids for the first 24 hours. Draenei/Blood Elves are not eligible for the boost, so you won’t be able get Alliance Shamans and Horde Paladins as fast. This means that you can only level one character in your account. You will need to wait 72 hours before you can transfer the boosted character into another realm.
Visit Blizzard's official support site for more information about the restrictions and content.
